The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high quality care.
Responsibilities include medication administration, charting, personnel management, nursing care functions, safety and sanitation oversight, and participation in staff development and quality assurance programs.
The role requires effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and other departments, as well as the ability to handle emergency situations and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
