This newly created role is a critical addition and unique opportunity to support the continued growth of Figma’s global People Relations (ER) function.
As the Manager, People Relations, you’ll lead a distributed global team of four while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving both the day-to-day execution and long-term evolution of employee relations at the company.
You’ll collaborate closely with People Partners, Employment Legal, our BEI team, and senior leaders to influence culture, strengthen our organizational health, and ensure Figma balances sustainable growth with maintaining a high bar for employee experience and integrity.
