Job Summary

• Guide clients on best practices, provide technical leadership within the Engagement platform, and help design, build, and optimize digital messaging programs across email, mobile, and related channels.
• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for assigned clients, providing proactive recommendations and guidance on new capabilities and best practices.
