This role involves owning and growing Scale AI's partner and channel ecosystem in Qatar to accelerate the mission across government and enterprise customers.
The successful candidate will drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue by structuring joint go-to-market motions and holding partners accountable to agreed outcomes.
Candidates must possess exceptional relationship management skills to build trust at the C-suite and ministry level while operating fluently in both Arabic and English.

Must-have
7+ years channel management experience
Deep knowledge of Qatar market
Fluency in Arabic and English
AI and enterprise software understanding
C-suite relationship management skills
Nice-to-have
Existing relationships with Qatari system integrators
Experience with national AI transformation agendas
Prior GCC technology sector experience
Familiarity with data infrastructure ecosystems
Key Requirements
7+ years experience in channel management or partner development
Proven track record scaling channel ecosystems in the Gulf region
Must be based in Doha or willing to relocate for on-site work
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English required
