Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation possible for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off

Resident daily care and assistance
Use of PCC for resident information
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Assist with mobility and positioning
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Key Requirements
