Job Summary

  • Manage and direct all aluminum casting operations, including melting, casting, and sawing, to meet production goals while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
  • Responsible for the safety of all Cast House employees and will be the site SPA for Molten Metal.
  • Responsible for performance management evaluation process for the Cast House employees, both salaried and hourly.
