The position requires extensive travel exceeding 90% domestically and internationally, including offshore and marine environments aboard vessels.
Engineers are responsible for delivering maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and safety compliance services while acting as a technical authority for bids and proposals.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Hands-on experience with motors and generators
Extensive travel capability over 90%
Rotating equipment diagnostics knowledge
Electrical testing proficiency including insulation resistance
Offshore and marine environment work ability
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-have
Strong customer engagement and communication abilities
Experience with service management systems
Ability to work independently in complex scenarios
Technical leadership and supervision capabilities
Proficiency with digital reporting platforms
