Job Summary

  • The Health PD Lead will guide and manage a team of Health PD Specialists in delivering comprehensive, high-quality, evidence-based professional development to OHS TTA Specialists and HS/EHS recipients.
  • This position is responsible for ensuring that all training initiatives support the comprehensive implementation of the Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS), OHS priorities, and align with comprehensive health services.
  • This is a remote, home-based position, requiring up to 50% travel for center events, partner meetings, conferences, and other relevant activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, behavioral health, social work, health education, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience delivering or managing professional development or technical assistance
  • 5+ years of supervisory or staff mentoring experience
  • 5 years of knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards
  • 1+ years of experience delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools
  • 5 years of expertise in adult learning theory
