Job Summary
The overall responsibility of this position is to coordinate and manage all financial activities of the branch, conscientiously implement national financial policies, regulations, and systems, and accept the vertical leadership and supervision of the head office finance department.
Budget and expense management includes assisting business departments in decision-making through financial analysis and forecasting, organizing the implementation of financial budgets, controlling costs and expenses, ensuring the safety, integrity, and appreciation of company assets, and continuously improving the company's economic efficiency and solvency.
Personnel and team management includes being responsible for the performance appraisal of department employees and proposing personnel appointment and deployment plans for the branch's financial and accounting staff.
