The GTM Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across Sales, GTM, Product, and other stakeholders to drive execution and deliver business outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and trusted advisor who can drive execution, ground recommendations in data, and build AI-enabled systems and workflows for the AMER commercial team.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Strategy, or Commercial Leadership
