Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Current or eligible Arkansas Physical Therapy License
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks
  • Drug screening and TB test required
  • 2 years Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • OCS, CSCS, DN certifications preferred
