Job Description 1. Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of A&A, renovation & interior-fitout projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. 2. Coordinate sequencing across all trades (Builder’s Work & M&E) to avoid clashes and ensure smooth handover. 3. Lead and supervise a project team to ensure tasks are executed according to specifications and schedules. 4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet technical, contractual, and project requirements. 5. Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, tenders, and variation submissions; provide recommendations and approvals as required. 6. Support preparation of progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts; liaise with clients and contractors to resolve financial and technical matters. 7. Monitor project budgets, costs, procurement, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials. 8. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards; identify risks and implement corrective measures. 9. Lead project meetings, prepare regular progress reports, and report project status and issues to management. 10. Assisting pre-tender documentation, tender clarifications, and contract administration to ensure smooth project execution. 11. Manage submissions and approvals from authorities, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
