Base: $140,000 - $210,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

Must-have
7+ years DevOps or Infrastructure Automation experience
4+ years managing Kubernetes in production at scale
4+ years Terraform experience for AWS/GCP resources
2+ years designing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
4+ years Python programming for internal tooling
Nice-to-have
Experience with FedRAMP security compliance standards
Proven track record as Lead Architect for major initiatives
Strong collaboration skills with Data Scientists and AI Engineers
Experience with distributed systems and Service Mesh

Key Requirements
BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field
