The Customer Experience Platform (CXP) organization is leading a global transformation to modernize customer support and engagement across global contact centers and digital channels.
This role focuses on integrating CTI/VoiceAI products across Customer Care business globally, transitioning to a new CXOne platform and developing strategies for intelligent call routing and voice automation.
