Job Summary
Under minimal direction, participates as a leader of the National Living Spaces Development Team to achieve department and project objectives on large, complex, high-risk projects.
Leads engineering, process, and / or financial tasks during project development, including preliminary data collection, modeling, and detailed development of large projects (>$2M).
Responsible for creating and managing budgets, timelines, and quality of assigned opportunities, while fully utilizing standard JCI development processes and tools.

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 Years suggested minimum experience
Fifteen years or more experience in designing /selling building systems, energy modeling, construction, or facility management
5 years or more with working experience with government agencies, basic understanding of procurement, regulations, federal statutes, and HUD energy related programs
