Key Requirements
1-2 years IT experience
1-2 years ServiceNow Support and Development
BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, CIS)
Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours
