Must-have

  • 5+ years manufacturing or quality experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with PFMEA, PCP, PPAP, SPC
  • Knowledge of BIQ/BIQS requirements
  • Structured problem solving skills (7 Diamonds, 5-Why)
  • Ability to work 2nd shift onsite

Nice-to-have

  • Automotive assembly environment experience
  • Chassis systems and torque management knowledge
  • VAA module assembly support experience
  • ISO/IATF audit preparation experience
  • Red X or DFSS training certification
