Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years manufacturing or quality experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with PFMEA, PCP, PPAP, SPC
Knowledge of BIQ/BIQS requirements
Structured problem solving skills (7 Diamonds, 5-Why)
Ability to work 2nd shift onsite
Nice-to-have
Automotive assembly environment experience
Chassis systems and torque management knowledge
VAA module assembly support experience
ISO/IATF audit preparation experience
Red X or DFSS training certification
Cross-functional project leadership
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
