  • S/4HANA implementation projects
  • Service Order Management
  • Integration with SD, MM, FI/CO
  • Fiori apps for Service Management
  • End-to-end service lifecycle design

Nice-to-have

  • Pre-sales and RFP response experience
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and Clean Core
  • Exposure to FSM, C4C Service, BRIM
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Client-facing workshop experience
  • Mentorship and wellbeing support culture

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years SAP experience
  • 2+ years S/4HANA Service Management implementation
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Certification in S/4HANA Service or Customer Management is a plus
