  • As Operations Manager, you partner closely with new and existing clients, develop competitive project bids, and ensure the successful execution of building improvement and maintenance initiatives across our portfolio.

  • 5+ years in Construction/Project Management
  • Project bidding and management knowledge
  • Ability to read architectural plans
  • Ability to lead vendors and subcontractors
  • Project budgeting experience

  • Tenant improvement project experience
  • General understanding of building codes
  • General understanding of building systems
