Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations
Experience in Front Office or direct sales
Luxury hotel, all-inclusive, or resort experience preferred
Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
