Key Requirements
Current Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) credential
Minimum of two (2) years of surgical first assist experience
Licensed Surgical First Assist in good standing
Certification by National Board Surgical Tech Surgical Assistant Association
Certification by Liaison Council on Certification for the Surgical Technologists
