The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Activities Director in creating meaningful programs that support the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents.
Essential duties include assisting with resident assessments, quarterly progress notes, and activity care plans as directed by leadership.
The role requires maintaining good communication with residents, families, staff, and community organizations while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
