Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years IRB administration experience
Expert knowledge of federal regulations
Master's degree or higher preferred
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or CIM preferred
2+ years lead role experience preferred
Experience with AAHRPP accreditation preferred
Experience building HRPP from ground up preferred
Experience with electronic IRB systems preferred
Experience in academic research environment preferred
