• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years IRB administration experience
• Expert knowledge of federal regulations
• Master's degree or higher preferred
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or CIM preferred
• 2+ years lead role experience preferred
• Experience with AAHRPP accreditation preferred
• Experience building HRPP from ground up preferred
• Experience with electronic IRB systems preferred
• Experience in academic research environment preferred
