Key Requirements
BSc, MSc, MChem or PhD in analytical science
Significant pharmaceutical R&D experience
Experience in late-phase development (Phase 2b/3/commercial)
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Understanding of SHE and cGMP management
Experience supporting clinical and commercial manufacture
