The Sourcing Manager position will establish and implement the strategic and operational performance of supply chain activity for the Diamond Power Lancaster business, including both direct and indirect spend.
Primary focus will be sourcing new suppliers and negotiating pricing.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, strong customer focus, excellence in leading & developing diverse teams, developing and executing sourcing and negotiation strategies, and managing the performance of the supply chain through hands on leadership and effective use of key performance indicators for the organization.
