** Andritz Oy is seeking an Electrical and Controls Engineer to support the design and development of electrical and control systems for industrial facilities, particularly within the pulp and paper sector. Job Summary

  • This position would be responsible for the supporting the mills electrical and control systems as well as design, development, and delivery of high quality, innovative electrical and control engineering projects that improve plant productivity, reliability, and sustainability for our North American customers.
  • Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following: Audit industrial facilities and develop preliminary engineering designs and estimates for electrical and control system upgrades; Design industrial MV and LV electrical power systems, including electrical room design, equipment specifications, motor control and grounding systems, and cable and raceway sizing and layouts.
  • Prepare and evaluate tender and construction packages, including electrical and instrumentation drawings, installation specifications, and other supporting documentation. Support mill operations with upgrades and troubleshooting electrical systems and control systems
