Salary
Base: $98,400.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Military Satellite Communications (SATCOM)
Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) systems
Systems engineering full life cycle
Trade studies planning and execution
Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
Special Program Access capability
Nice-to-have
Leadership in satellite communications testing
Capabilities trade and mission analysis
Information assurance expertise
Experience with NSA Certifications
Knowledge of MIL-STD-810 and DO-160
Customer focus and collaboration skills
Team leadership experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5-8 years experience
Master’s degree in STEM with 3-6 years experience
Ph.D. in STEM with 1-4 years experience
Active, In-Scope DOD Secret Security Clearance renewed within 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
