Job Summary
Professionally achieve regional sales targets and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan, field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while conducting SWOT analysis on the market and competitors to explore business opportunities.
Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they provide key promotional information according to the work plan (POA) within approved detailed supporting materials.
