Job Summary

  • Professionally achieve regional sales targets and ensure the regional team successfully completes the work plan, field strategy plan, and regional plan according to company policy and AstraZeneca Code of Conduct.
  • Develop regional business plans based on key business objectives and supervise their implementation, while conducting SWOT analysis on the market and competitors to explore business opportunities.
  • Maintain contact with key long-term customers/clients and supervise Medical Representatives (MRs) to ensure they provide key promotional information according to the work plan (POA) within approved detailed supporting materials.
