Oversees the daily operation of the individual classroom through the supervising of assistants and meeting each child’s individual needs through the primary caregiving system.
Establishes a well-managed, child oriented learning environment which is healthy, interesting and attractive and provides a safe environment that will prevent and eliminate injuries.
Provides supervision and leadership of staff and volunteers through active direction and active involvement in childcare provided in the Playroom.
