Job Summary

  • The candidate will be a members of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Crew Manager, Crew Planner, Recover Manager and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the Crew suite for various airlines across the world.
  • Manager of Delivery Management will also be the Subject Matter Expert on these solutions and will be involved in training airline analysts on the tools and ensure the product is adopted effectively and efficiently by the airline.
  • Performance will be evaluated based on timely delivery of customer solutions and ability to articulate product value to customers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience

  • Good understanding of database concepts with working knowledge of SQL
  • Basic understanding of Linux and Windows platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Unix commands
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to identify problems and know when escalation is appropriate
  • Willingness to travel 20–40%
