Job Summary

  • Assess and audit new suppliers to ensure their management systems and processes meet company requirements, applying PPAP tools for new product certification.
  • Conduct daily process audits of existing suppliers, guiding them towards continuous improvement and collaborating with their quality, technical, and process departments to resolve quality issues.
  • Develop annual supplier audit plans, track and improve non-conformances found during audits, and statistically monitor supplier performance monthly, initiating corrective actions for underperforming suppliers.
