The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial electricity, HVAC, and refrigeration, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Job Summary
Respond and attend to guest repair requests, communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication, and repair, maintain, dismantle structures, furniture, woodwork, doors, ceilings, tile, sheetrock and hardware throughout the resort.
