Must-have

  • Install conduit pull wire terminate circuits NEC compliant
  • Operate CMMS platform for work order documentation
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical distribution panels
  • Understand backup power systems UPS and changeover switchgear

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with VFDs and motor controls
  • Knowledge of critical power in raised floor environments
  • Multi-trade support capabilities for plumbing and HVAC
  • Familiarity with static electricity mitigation in labs
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate scissor lifts

Key Requirements

  • Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Working knowledge of NEC requirements
  • Experience working within a CMMS-driven maintenance environment
