The position involves conducting lifecycle carbon analysis and developing decarbonisation strategies aligned with national targets like Singapore Green Plan 2030.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in sustainability or FM
Strong knowledge of SG Green Plan and GHG Protocol
Experience with Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) and carbon analysis
Ability to conduct lifecycle cost analysis (LCCA)
Nice-to-have
Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Collaborative team player in fast-evolving landscape
Knowledge of ACMV systems and energy efficiency technologies
Experience with ESG reporting and strategy development
Familiarity with circular economy initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, FM, or Environmental Sustainability
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
Proficiency in sustainability frameworks including BCA Green Mark and ISO14001
