This position is an integral role within M&T's property preservation team that will execute day-to-day functions including reviewing monthly property inspections provided by vendors to decide if securing is needed.
Part of reviewing property conditions includes monitoring the insurance claim process for damaged properties and repair bids placed by our vendors.
