Job Summary
The role of the Healthcare Area Manager is to manage our Optical and Pharmacy instore departments, ensuring they are safe, legal and profitable.
You will help to support the development of divisional and regional operational strategies, driving the delivery of the defined Optical and Pharmacy KPIs by creating robust action plans, coaching through to implementation and holding your team accountable in meeting performance outputs.
