The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical treatments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent interaction with residents to ensure comfort, safety, and the prompt reporting of any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
