Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • EASA ATPL (A) license required
  • Flight Test Rating Category 1 or 2
  • Graduate of recognized flight test school
  • Command experience on multi-crew transport aircraft
  • Class 1 Medical certificate
  • Experience in civilian or military flight test organization

Nice-to-have

  • Airbus type rating (A320, A330/350, etc.)
  • German language skills
  • French language skills
  • Airline operational experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Collaborative team spirit

Key Requirements
