Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field
  • At least five years managing research facility projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in specialized systems for research facilities
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations in highly regulated research environments
  • Master of Science in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with complex building systems commissioning
  • Experience with construction delivery methods (CMAR, Job Order Contracting)
