Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field
  • Experience reading schematics and engineering drawings
  • Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards
  • Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes
  • Proficiency with circuit assembly inspection tools

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • Knowledge of TipQA or similar NCR/MRB tracking systems
  • Experience supporting supplier quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of conformal coating processes
