Job Summary

• The Change & Release Specialist is responsible for managing requests for change through their lifecycle and assisting with communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and coaching service managers and suppliers.
• Primary responsibilities include enforcing change compliance, reviewing implemented changes, creating and coordinating change requests, and participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
