Must-have
Direct client service experience required
Section 125 POP plan administration knowledge
Payroll and recordkeeping system proficiency
Nice-to-have
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to learn proprietary system tools quickly
Experience with ADP payroll and 401(k) systems
Key Requirements
1 to 3 years of directly related experience
Minimum 2 years as Client Service Specialist I or equivalent DC plan administration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience
