Job Summary

  • This Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) position provides direct patient care through comprehensive assessment, physical diagnosis, and therapeutic management of high-acuity critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  • In addition to clinical care, the Lead APP will work closely with the Clinical Manager to support key operational and professional practice initiatives across the ICU APP team.
  • In partnership with ICU leadership, the Lead APP will assist with quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives, supporting projects aimed at improving patient care, team performance, workflow efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
