Job Summary

• You will be responsible for strengthening and deepening relationships with State Street’s current clients, understanding their needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• This role involves managing assigned clients to develop new business opportunities, achieve revenue goals, and protect existing revenue streams.
• You will lead coordination and communication across a virtual cross-functional team to ensure a consistent client experience and serve as an escalation point for critical service issues.
