Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in condition, recording entries, and performing various care tasks such as assisting with ADLs, meals, and personal hygiene.
The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting accidents and incidents, and ensuring residents are comfortable and their needs are met.
