The incumbent will deploy and embed the Haleon Performance System (HAPS) principles using data-driven approaches to improve safety, quality, service, and cost performance.
The position requires leading a team of OpEx professionals while coaching site leaders and operators to foster a continuous improvement mindset across the organization.
