Job Summary
This position is part of the Client Service/UW support team within Operations & Service function and may report to a Senior Specialist, UW Support, Team Leader, or to a Team Manager.
This role handles multiple accounts and provides technical guidance to the other junior support staff and act as the primary contact for queries arising from Broker calls and emails.
