Job Summary

  • This position is part of the Client Service/UW support team within Operations & Service function and may report to a Senior Specialist, UW Support, Team Leader, or to a Team Manager.
  • This role handles multiple accounts and provides technical guidance to the other junior support staff and act as the primary contact for queries arising from Broker calls and emails.
