The Health Solution Partner (HSP) for the Oncology Unit is responsible for co-creating, developing, and implementing comprehensive health solutions to improve diagnosis, adoption, access, adherence, and outcomes for cancer patients, aligned with the priorities of the Colombian Health System and Pfizer's portfolio.
Key responsibilities include leading relationships with key accounts, designing and implementing projects impacting timely diagnosis and patient journeys, and generating clinical and pharmacoeconomic value to support health system transformation.
This role requires strategic account management, co-creation of health solutions, generation of clinical and pharmacoeconomic value, management of the health ecosystem, and cross-functional teamwork.
