The Director of Engineering partners closely with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Security, and Business Development to execute programs, grow technical capabilities, and support new business opportunities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
10+ years progressive engineering experience
5+ years engineering leadership experience
Experience leading teams supporting DoD/IC/federal programs
Strong knowledge of engineering lifecycle processes in regulated/classified environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
