Manages the Working Party Resources team in Malaysia, accountable for team operational management, safety, development, finance, leadership, people development, competence, training, and performance evaluation.
Acts as a quality focal point, representative of QBOB in the region, and coordinates all audit activities, while being accountable for overall Working Party Resources activities and advising on technical matters.
Ensures health and safety policies are adhered to, fosters a positive work environment by promoting Airbus Values, and manages all stakeholders related to Working Party activities.
